A bibliocaballo for the Year of the Horse?

Mobile libraries and bookmobiles have been around for as long as there have been books.  I remember hearing these two stories when they were news:

This week, there’s another story:

“Il Bibliomotocarro” brings books and joy to Italian villagers (Some of you are studying Italian, so try watching the video and reading the blog post linked to in this article.)

On the other hand, in one city in India, mobile libraries are disappearing. Find out why.
