And speaking of letting go …

Yesterday was about the song “Let it go”. Today it’s about Felix Baumgartner’s famous sky jump. We watched the video of his jump in some classes at the end of the year when we were talking about Google’s Zeitgeist and the Year in Review. Remember? It wasn’t an event from last year, but it was a very memorable image from 2012. He jumped from a height of 39 km. and reached a speed of nearly 1360 kph. The shinkansen only run about 300 kph. Here’s the video we watched in class:

Today I found a new video about his jump (or rather, fall). Beware, though, if you’re afraid of heights, this video may be a bit hard to watch.
