Not that Django

Django … I heard the name and thought of the Tarantino movie, but soon discovered that the Django I was listening to was a Belgian-born French jazz guitarist named Django Reinhardt. Listening to his music while sitting on my sister’s porch in Southern California, smelling the orange blossoms and reading, was … well, a very relaxing spring vacation day. I felt like I should’ve been reading The Great Gatsby,  or maybe Colette.

Do music and books go together for you? Which music goes with which books?

Here’s a Literary Jukebox (from the same woman who does the amazing Brain Pickings) to get you in the mood for music and reading. What would you put in your own literary jukebox?
