Do you know what a Gibraltar is?

Gibraltar is a British territory south of Spain. But a Gibraltar is the name of a kind of coffee drink. At least that’s what people on the West Coast of the US call it. Other people call it a cortado or a caffe macchiato. It’s a double shot of espresso with a little steamed milk. Like a small, intense cafe latte.
