Red means stop. And dance.

Jaywalking isn’t as big a problem in Tokyo as it is in many other places I’ve been and seen, but it still happens. Maybe we need some of these around town?

It would sure put smiles on people’s faces. And Tokyo definitely needs more of that (though with so many people wearing masks this time of year, it’d be harder — but not impossible —  to tell).
