Gravity-defying bread

In Tajikistan, near the Afghan border, some people still bake bread the traditional way. The video shows a bread that’s very similar to naan — flat bread eaten with curry — that many of us here in Japan are familiar with. This bread is bigger, and patterned in a very interesting way:
