Brand redemption

Last Friday in a couple of classes, we did a video explanation activity. Try it again with this:

Students in Tokyo won’t be familiar with Chipotle, but it’s a U.S. fast food chain that serves Tex-Mex food. They’ve been suffering from bad press recently. This shows how much effort they’re making to win back customers. Not sure it’ll work, but it’s a very creative attempt.
