  1. Hi Ellen, it’s Anna again! Thanks so much for your tips. I included the CPR Grey channel in my list. I have about 10 other (regularly updated) channels on my list. If you want me to share it with you send me an e-mail at anna.thinksomething (at) gmail.com. One top tip for subtitled videos is vloggers – often their loyal followers add subtitles in many languages…

  2. Hi Anna, Thanks!

That sounds like a fun project. Hmmm. Well, off the top of my head, I think of the CPR Grey channel. I think they have subtitles. (This links to the other curated site I do for my students: https://readknowlearngo.wordpress.com/2014/12/22/cgp-grey-videos/)

And I think WellCast videos have subtitles: https://readknowlearngo.wordpress.com/2014/09/29/wellcast-videos/
They seem to have stopped posting, though.

And of course TED and TED-Ed.

The English Central site (ahttps://readknowlearngo.wordpress.com/2013/12/08/english-central/) has a YouTube channel, too: https://www.youtube.com/user/EnglishCentral/videos

There are probably more ideas on the Read.Know.Learn.Go site that I’ve forgotten about. It’s a good reminder to me to go back and review. Thanks!

I’ll keep your question in mind. Good luck!

  3. Hi, I’m Anna, an English teacher and teacher trainer from Leipzig. I really love the clips you link. I’m currently compiling a list of channels on YouTube that regularly have videos with English subtitles. Do you have any suggestions? I thought you would be a good person to ask!
